The 2019 Major League Soccer SuperDraft resumes Monday afternoon when clubs select players in rounds three and four. The draft will occur at 1 p.m. via a conference call. FC Cincinnati has three picks in the final two rounds, including the first pick of the third round.
Here’s a look at the expansion club’s remaining draft picks:
Round three
- No. 1 (49th overall)
- No. 13 (61st overall, via a trade with Philadelphia Union)
Round four
- No. 13 (81st overall, via a trade with Philadelphia)
FCC selected five players during the first two rounds of the MLS SuperDraft in Chicago, including No. 1 pick Frankie Amaya. The club also took Logan Gdula at No. 13.
Three picks later, the club traded the No. 16 pick and No. 25 picks to New York Red Bulls in exchange for $100,000 in General Allocation Money (GAM).
With the No. 29 pick, FCC selected midfielder Tommy McCabe, then took goalkeepers Jimmy Hauge and Ben Lundt at Nos. 30 and 37, respectively
