CINCINNATI, OH --- CDK Global will be the official sponsor of FC Cincinnati's 2016 USL Cup Playoff run, announced the club today.

“We are thrilled to be partnering with CDK Global,” said FCC President and General Manager Jeff Berding. “They are a proven global leader in their field, emphasizing innovation and creativity which are two hallmarks of the FC Cincinnati playing style. CDK Global’s focus on innovation and command of the digital space certainly speaks to our fans, making this a great partnership.”

“Both of our organizations joined the community around the same time, which solidified our decision to partner,” said Kristin Carrico, Vice President of North American Customer Experience at CDK Global. “The Cincinnati community has been extremely welcoming to us as we’ve expanded and built our new Customer Experience Center. We look forward to continuing our support of the city and region and hope that everyone comes out to support FC Cincinnati during the postseason.”

Third-seeded FC Cincinnati hosts No. 6 seed Charleston Battery in a landmark event for the fledgling soccer franchise, which is in its inaugural season in the United Soccer League. The two sides will take the field Sunday, October 2, at 4:00 p.m. at Nippert Stadium in the opening round of the USL post-season. That match will be televised on WSTR TV and simulcast on ESPN 1530.

Designated a “White Out” match, the first 5,000 fans through the gates will receive a free megaphone to help turn Nippert Stadium into an electric atmosphere in the club’s first-ever post-season match.
