FC Cincinnati, in partnership with Procter & Gamble’s Secret and Always brands, hosted a sold out Breaking Barriers event on March 19 at TQL Stadium, with over 160 female young professionals registered to learn more about starting, maintaining and growing their careers in sports.
Speakers from FC Cincinnati, P&G, the Cincinnati Reds, the Cincinnati Bengals, the Cincinnati Thanksgiving Day Race, WCPO Channel 9, Vertiq Marketing and Bonnie K. White & Associates participated in the event which included a panel conversation as well as breakout sessions for more intimate conversations on career development in the industry.
The breakout rooms featured interactive activities tailored to promote attendees' personal and professional growth. Following the panel and breakout sessions, a networking reception offered light refreshments, free headshots, and a chance to connect with FCC Human Resources representatives about job openings, internships, and resources to help attendees prepare for a career in the sports industry.
