FC Cincinnati have loaned goalkeeper Cody Cropper to Memphis 901 FC for the remainder of the 2021 USL Championship season, the club announced today. The Orange and Blue retain the right to recall Cropper from the loan.
FC Cincinnati acquired Cropper in ahead of the 2021 season after Cropper had spent the previous three seasons with the New England Revolution. The 28-year-old made one start for FCC in 2021, on the road against New York City FC back in April.
FC Cincinnati returns to play at TQL Stadium on Saturday, September 4 against Inter Miami CF. Kickoff is set for 8 p.m. ET.
