FC Cincinnati will begin their on-field preparations for the 2020 season in January as they ready for their second MLS season.
During their preseason preparations, FC Cincinnati will take two team training trips and are expected to play in as many as seven exhibitions. The team will travel to both Tucson, Arizona, and Bradenton, Florida, for training, as well as multiple games in each locale.
FC Cincinnati’s players will arrive in Cincinnati to open preseason camp on Saturday, Jan. 18, before departing the next day for a 19-day trip to Tucson – departing Sunday, Jan. 19 and returning to Cincinnati on Thursday, Feb. 6.
FCC will train at the Kino Sports Complex and are currently scheduled to play four exhibitions in Tucson: an intra-squad scrimmage on Jan. 25, before matches on Jan. 29, Feb. 1 and Feb. 5.
After three off days in Cincinnati, the Orange and Blue will depart for Bradenton on Feb. 10 for a 12-day trip. The club will return to the IMG Academy for a fifth year. The team is expected to play matches on three dates as of now, including Feb. 12, Feb. 16 and finally Feb. 21, before returning to Cincinnati that evening.
Once back in Cincinnati, the club will begin formal in-market preparations before opening the 2020 MLS regular season at the New York Red Bulls on Sunday, March 1.

FC Cincinnati will return to the field in early 2020 for their second MLS season.
