FC Cincinnati defender Miles Robinson has been called up to the 27-man United States Men’s National Team June Training Camp Roster, USMNT Head Coach Gregg Berhalter announced Monday, May 20.
The USMNT will face Colombia in Landover, Maryland on Saturday, June 8 before taking on Brazil four days later in Orlando, Florida. Both friendlies will take place prior to U.S. Soccer announcing the final roster for the 2024 Copa América.
The Americans will begin group stage play for Copa América, which takes place in the United States this summer, on Sunday, June 23 in Arlington, Texas against Bolivia.
Robinson has earned 29 career caps with the United States, 23 of which have come in official competitive action. The Arlington, Massachusetts native took part in the 2024 USMNT January Camp and he captained the Americans for the first time in his career in the friendly against Slovenia at the end of the annual camp. He also started in the Concacaf Nations League Semifinals against Jamaica back in March.
In his first season with FC Cincinnati, Robinson has made 12 MLS appearances for the Orange and Blue, all starts. He has scored one goal and started in four of the club’s five clean sheets.
Robinson and the Orange and Blue return to action Saturday, May 25 at Toronto FC. Kickoff is set for 7:30 p.m. ET and the match will air on MLS Season Pass on Apple TV. Fans can also listen to the match on ESPN 1530 and iHeart.
