CINCINNATI, OH --- Four FC Cincinnati matches will be featured on ESPNews and ESPN3 as part of the United Soccer League’s (USL) Game of the Week 2018 docket.
FCC’s match at Indy Eleven on May 2 will be available via stream on ESPN3. Next, FCC's home match against Bethlehem Steel FC will then air on ESPN3 on June 13. ESPNews will carry the Orange and Blue’s home match against Charlotte Independence on July 18, making for a third consecutive year with a nationally televised match. The final contest versus Richmond Kickers on Sept. 26 to be shown on ESPN3.
FCC is currently 2-1-0 and travels to Bethlehem Steel this Sun., Apr. 15 for a 3:00 p.m. matinee. The team returns to Nippert Stadium next Sat., Apr. 21 for a 7:00 p.m. Orange Out match against Pittsburgh Riverhounds.
In addition to the USL Game of the Week on ESPN3, ESPNews and ESPNU, the league’s regular-season contests will be available in the United States through ESPN+ after its launch on April 12, where the league will reside alongside Major League Soccer, the English Football League and UEFA Nations League on the new direct-to-consumer subscription streaming service from The Walt Disney Company Direct-to-Consumer and International group in partnership with ESPN.
Games will be produced by USL Productions, the league’s state-of-the-art broadcast production, broadcast and distribution facilities with VISTA Worldlink in south Florida.
