Logan Gdula scoring his first professional goal was the highlight for FC Cincinnati players on loan in the USL Championship this past weekend.

Logan Gdula
Position: Defender
Club: Hartford Athletic
Result: 2-2 draw at Birmingham Legion FC
Gdula scored for the Hartford Athletic in the 43rd minute of Saturday night’s game when he tapped home the ball from a free kick.
The moment was the highpoint for the center back in an impressive display, as he finished with an 88% passing accuracy, including a rate of 87.5% in Birmingham’s half. The rookie also won five duels, made two interceptions, a tackle and a clearance.
In the previous match, a 3-2 home loss to Nashville SC, Gdula also started, as well. He’s now made five USL Championship appearances this season for Hartford after initially going on loan to Phoenix Rising FC.
Nazmi Albadawi
Position: Midfielder
Club: North Carolina FC
Result: 2-2 draw at Saint Louis FC
Albadawi had an 87.2% passing accuracy from 40 passes in the away draw to Saint Louis FC, who recently upset FC Cincinnati in the 2019 Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup.
Albadawi also finished with one chance created. In the 36th minute, he found D.J. Taylor available, but Taylor’s shot was off target.
In NCFC’s previous match – a 2-0 win against Swope Park Rangers – the center mid completed 92.9% of his passes and created two chances for teammates.
Hassan Ndam
Position: Defender
Club: Charlotte Independence
Result: 1-1 draw at Louisville City FC
The Cameroonian center back didn’t play in the Charlotte Independence away draw in Kentucky. Ndam also didn’t play in Charlotte’s previous match, a 4-1 win against Birmingham Legion FC.
Ben Lundt
Position: Goalkeeper
Club: Louisville City FC
Result: 1-1 draw against Charlotte Independence
Lundt had ankle surgery on June 17 in Cincinnati to correct an on-going issue, but is expected to be back available to Louisville in 3-4 weeks.
