The 2019 USL Championship regular season started this past weekend. Here’s an update on FC Cincinnati’s four players currently on loan in the league.
Tommy McCabe
Position: Midfielder
Club: North Carolina FC
Result: 4-1 home win against Louisville City FC
McCabe headlined the four FCC rookies playing in the league and scored in his professional debut.
He started and played 90 minutes. His 50th-minute goal gave North Carolina a 2-0 lead. Overall, McCabe led his team in passing accuracy (88.2 percent) for any player who made more than three passes.
Ben Lundt
Position: Goalkeeper
Club: Louisville City FC
Result: 4-1 road loss against North Carolina FC
Lundt was an unused substitute.
Rashawn Dally
Position: Forward
Club: Memphis 901 FC
Result: 1-0 home loss against the Tampa Bay Rowdies
Dally started Memphis’ inaugural USL Championship match and logged 62 minutes.
Logan Gdula
Position: Defender
Club: Phoenix Rising FC
Result: 3-3 road draw against San Antonio FC
Gdula was an unused substitute.
