Thank you for your renewal of your 2025 FC Cincinnati season tickets. We’re excited to continue a successful 2024 campaign and we’re glad you’ll be joining us into next season!
Our Seat Improvement Process will begin on Monday, September 9th and will operate based on assigned appointment times, which are established by our priority records. After your time slot opens, you will have the exclusive opportunity to adjust your current seating through our Virtual Online Seat Selection process. You will have the ability to relocate or upgrade your seats for the upcoming season.
Due to historic renewal numbers and a season ticket waitlist, season ticket members will not be able to add additional memberships to their account for the 2025 season.
PLEASE NOTE: No action is needed if you have no desire to move your seat location(s).
TO PARTICIPATE IN THE SEAT SELECTION PROCESS:
- Before your seat selection appointment time, you will be able to see real-time seat availability via our ‘Virtual Views’ platform, located online by logging into your SeatGeek Account.
- During your seat selection appointment time, you will be able to make any changes you desire online by logging into your SeatGeek Account.
- Any necessary payment adjustments will be made upon your seat upgrade or change.
LOGIN & APPOINTMENT DETAILS:
Your appointment date and time has been assigned based on your Season Ticket Member priority. •
- Starting Monday, September 9th, you will have the ability to practice logging into your account and you will be able to view current seating availability ahead of the seat improvement process. Starting Monday, you will be able to access the virtual views platform via the ‘offers’ tab located HERE.
- This is a great opportunity to gain a better understanding of what may be available at the time of your appointment.
