The BattaLION Welcome Pack pickup information:

BattaLION packs are not available for pick-up at this time. Members will receive more information via email when packs are available for pick up. Below are the pick up options once packs become available:

  • Pack Pick Up Day at TQL Stadium - Date, time, and location to be confirmed
  • Matchday at TQL Stadium: At the Fan Stand (Across from Section E6) from the start of the match to the end of halftime
  • Pick up at FC Cincinnati's downtown office, located at 14 East Fourth Street Cincinnati OH 45202, Monday-Friday 9-11:30 am or 12-5 pm (excluding holidays)
