Kids' Club Welcome Pack pickup information:

Kids' Club packs are not available for pick-up at this time. Members will receive more information via email when packs are available for pick up. Below are the pick up options once packs become available:

Pack Pick Up Day at TQL Stadium - Date, time, and location to be confirmed
Matchday at TQL Stadium: At the Fan Stand (Across from Section E6) from the start of the match to the end of halftime
Pick up at FC Cincinnati's downtown office, located at 14 East Fourth Street Cincinnati OH 45202, Monday-Friday 9-11:30 am or 12-5 pm (excluding holidays)
