2024 Canvas Kit

2024 Canvas Kit

The Canvas Kit was inspired by the diverse and thriving art community found in Cincinnati. The jerseys represented all the creatives, dreamers and superfans that make the Queen City special. On the pitch, FC Cincinnati do not just play, they create. And off the pitch, those who wear this kit are artists, leaving their mark on Cincinnati’s story. In blank spaces, inspiration thrives and magic happens.

The chalk white-colored kit was the first primarily white kit worn by FC Cincinnati since 2021. The FC Cincinnati crest was above the left hem, while the adidas logo was above the right hem and primary sponsor Mercy Health was in the center of the jersey in orange. The kit featured adidas’ iconic 3-Stripes design in blue, outlined in orange, on both shoulders.

Each individual kit had a unique patterned orange and blue design trimming the sleeves, side panels and neck. The ‘All For Cincy’ jock tag brought a splash of energy from a paint drop hitting the canvas while a brush stroke on the back of the neck read ‘Make Your Mark,’ encouraging each who wears the kit to be unique, creative and to tell their own story.

2023 River Kit

2023 River Kit

FC Cincinnati’s 2023 primary kit paid tribute to the Ohio River. Cincinnati was founded on the banks of the ‘Mighty Ohio,’ a symbol of power, evolution and the ever-changing landscape of the dynamic Queen City. It represents the literal and philosophical movement of Cincinnati. Across the chest, tones of blue worked together, graphically utilizing organic shaping and variable-width lines to illustrate depth and light reflection of water. A Cincinnati wordmark was displayed on the back neck and represented the bridges that connect our communities and our region. Located on the jock tag was an illustration of the Roebling Bridge, which is not only an iconic Cincinnati landmark, but a symbol of FC Cincinnati’s identity as a progressive, forward-thinking club. Showcasing these famous landmarks throughout Cincinnati, the River Kit embodied FC Cincinnati’s connection to the community, and that the club is All For Cincy.

The full kit included primarily navy blue shorts and socks. The FC Cincinnati crest was above the left hem, the adidas logo was above the right hem and primary sponsor Mercy Health was in the center of the jersey. The kit features adidas’ iconic 3-Stripes design in white on both shoulders, and orange trims the neck and sleeve cuffs. On player uniforms worn in-game, on the right sleeve, Kroger returned as FC Cincinnati’s sleeve partner, while on the left sleeve was the MLS crest and Apple TV logo, which featured on kits for all 29 MLS clubs for the first time this season.

2022 Juncta Juvant Kit

2022 Juncta Juvant Kit

Inspired by the City of Cincinnati flag, this 2022 orange kit highlighted the bond between the club, the fans and the city. The kit fittingly included Cincinnati’s city motto, “Juncta Juvant” (Strength in Unity) strategically stitched inside the jersey on the neck tape. Embossed across the chest were stripes representing the flowing waters of the Ohio River. The stripes formed a “C” that houses a silver FC Cincinnati crest. A stylized version of the city’s flag was also located on the hip tag of the authentic jersey.

The full kit included primarily orange shorts and socks. In the club’s secondary silver color, the FC Cincinnati crest was above the right hem, the adidas logo above the left hem and primary sponsor Mercy Health was in the center of the jersey. The kit featured adidas’ iconic 3-Stripes design in silver on both shoulders, and blue trimmed the neck and sleeve cuffs.

2021 Dynamic Kit

2021 Dynamic Kit

The jersey is primarily navy blue and features orange and royal blue pinstripes, a nod to the exterior LED Fins on the West End Stadium exterior. Although the pinstripes are static on the kit – with movement – they create a level of dynamism that is symbolic of the vibrant soccer culture in our city.

2020 Bold Kit

2020 Bold Kit

FC Cincinnati’s “BOLD” kit was one of the primary EQT kits released in 2020. BOLD was a traditional half-and-half jersey that played a royal blue half against a stark navy half to create a central contrast down the chest, signifying the on-field battle between two teams. The color play of the royal and navy also allowed the orange, iconic EQT stripes on the right shoulder to stand out. Royal Blue encompassed the landscape of both shoulders and sleeves, setting off the thick navy V-neck trim. The orange and blue FCC-specific MLS 25th Celebration crest was affixed to the royal blue area on both sleeves, just above a wide navy band at the base of the sleeve. Additional design nods included Cincinnati’s city motto, “Juncta Juvant” (Strength in Unity), strategically stitched inside the jersey on the neck tape – just inside the trim – and an orange raised crown at the back of the neck – the first introduction of a new secondary club logo. The crown symbolized the “Queen City” – Cincinnati’s nickname – and the club’s strength in the community, as well as a nod the crown atop the lion’s head in the club crest.

2019 Primary Kit

2019 Primary Kit

The 2019 FC Cincinnati primary jersey featured a royal blue base, which was distinctively accented with vibrant orange throughout. Based on a Mi Adidas template, the inaugural FCC kit had short diagonal orange accent lines of varying widths that formed virtual vertical stripes on the front. Mercy Health, the club’s kit sponsor, featured prominently in white across the chest – overlaid on top of the stripe design. The team’s crest was emblazoned over the player’s heart and featured special metallic thread for the inaugural season. A special jock tag on the left front hem featured “2019 Inaugural Season” with the 0 in 2019 replaced with the club’s crest. The neck and arms featured white and orange fabric to form a double-layer edge. Adidas’ trademarked “Three Stripes” were featured in orange on the jersey shoulders. MLS logos – in the same orange and blue metallic thread as the crest – were positioned on each arm.

The Adidas “Three Stripes” were in white on the shoulders, and Mercy Health’s logo was showcased in black on the front chest. The neckline and cuff fabric were also white. The same metallic-threaded FC Cincinnati logo as is on the primary jersey also appeared on the left chest of the secondary kit, and the MLS logos in blue and orange appeared on both sleeves. A white jock tag with the same design as the primary jersey also appeared on the lower left hem.
