FC Cincinnati was founded in 2015, and we are celebrating our 10th anniversary in 2025. The club was first announced as a United Soccer League (USL) franchise, where FCC competed from 2016 to 2018. FCC's first home was Nippert Stadium on the University of Cincinnati's campus. From the beginning, the club found success on the field with the club qualifying for the USL Cup Playoffs in all three seasons. Before moving into Major League Soccer (MLS), FC Cincinnati broke USL records for wins and points in a season as the club won its first trophy in dominant fashion as the 2018 USL Regular Season Champions. With a trophy under their belt, FC Cincinnati entered MLS in 2019 as the league’s 24th club. In 2021, world-class, award-winning TQL Stadium opened and became the proud new home of FCC. After earning a spot in the MLS Cup Playoffs for the first time in 2022, the next season FC Cincinnati were crowned Supporters’ Shield Winners with the best MLS regular season record and points in 2023. Reflecting on our first decade as a club this year, we look forward to the next 10 years and beyond.
